Elle Brenton-Rounding

Brenton-Rounding said:

“Heading up the fiction rights for Stripes Publishing has been an incredible experience, one I am immensely grateful for. I am especially thankful for the trust my amazing colleagues and authors put in me to grow and adapt Stripes’ rights sales, creating new partnerships and selling into over 40 languages. However, I’m thrilled to be moving to Bonnier Books UK – I’m ready for a new challenge and can’t wait to work with Helen and the wider children’s team in sharing our fantastic content further. I have long admired the wonderful books Bonnier produces, and I continue to be impressed with the new initiatives being brought in across the company. It’s definitely an exciting time to join a very ambitious team!”

Helen Wicks, Executive Director for Children’s Trade added:

“Elle brings with her a wealth of enthusiasm and experience, combined with a real passion for reading and education that closely aligns her with the very heart of our goals at Bonnier. I’m so delighted she will be joining our team and look forward to working with her to build new business relationships and develop innovative strategies for growth at this exciting time.”

In addition to Brenton-Rounding’s appointment, Sharon Miller-Gold will join the company as senior sales manager – South East Asia and China from Welbeck Publishing Group. Miller-Gold has more than 20 years’ experience in sales and returns to the company having previously held international sales roles for Autumn Publishing and Igloo Books between 2011 until 2015.

Sharon Miller-Gold

Miller-Gold said:

“I am incredibly excited to be moving to Bonnier. They are such a dynamic, progressive company and I am so looking forward to having the opportunity to use my creativity alongside my sales skills in this brilliant role.”

Helen Wicks added:

“Having worked with Sharon before, I have been desperate to welcome her back into the Bonnier team. Her infectious energy, fantastic creativity and innate commercialism make her the perfect salesperson and team member. We are delighted to have her on board.”

Brenton-Rounding and Miller-Gold will join the company on 1st March and 9th March respectively. Both will report into Helen Wicks.
