Bonnier Publishing UK rebrands as Bonnier Books UK under Mann

Bonnier Publishing UK today announces that it will be rebranding as Bonnier Books UK, as part of a new strategy to align the company more closely with parent group, Bonnier Books.

The planned changes will see Bonnier Publishing UK – under the leadership of Perminder Mann – report directly into Bonnier Books, headquartered in Sweden. The US business will also report directly into Bonnier Books.

As a result of the changes, Jim Zetterlund will step down as Interim Group CEO and assume the role of Chairman of Bonnier Books UK.

Bonnier Publishing’s group functions will be absorbed into Bonnier Books UK, resulting in some changes to reporting lines: Lois Bray, Group Communications Director will report into Perminder Mann; and Justing King, CTO, and Jon Watt, Head of Audio, will report into Bonnier Books UK COO Jonathan Perdoni. Julian Shaw, Group Commercial Director will continue reporting into Jim Zetterlund.

The rebrand will comprise a new logo, brand identity and website.

Jim Zetterlund, Interim Group CEO, Bonnier Publishing said: “Perminder has led the UK business with impressive skill and dedication over the past year and I am confident she is the right candidate to lead the company into the next phase of its journey. I look forward to continuing to work with Perminder and the senior management team in my new role as Chairman.”
