Studio Press, an imprint of Kings Road Publishing, has acquired Little Book For Big Changes by Karen Ng and Kirsten Liepmann, illustrated by Simona Karaivanova.

Emma Drage, Senior Commissioning Editor at Studio Press, acquired world all language rights from Tina Dubois at ICM Partners.

Packed with over 100 puzzles, games, craft activities, experiments and tips, Little Book For Big Changes aims to provide fun, educational and engaging ways of bringing people together to help change the world. The activity book sets out to empower young people to become responsible global citizens and inspire them to protect our planet.

Karen Ng and Kirsten Liepmann commented: “We believe that people, particularly children and youth, have incredible power to change our world for the better. By developing understanding, empathy, and a sense of responsibility, Little Book For Big Changes is designed to serve as a first step along that path. We are excited to work with Studio Press to expand the reach of our book.”

Emma Drage commented: “At a time when we are facing unprecedented global challenges, I’m delighted to be working with Karen and Kirsten on an activity book which inspires young people to make a positive impact on the world around them, to take better care of the planet and of one another. It seems fitting to be publishing this book in the same year that “plastic” was declared children’s word of the year, showing that there is a real interest in this topic amongst young people.”

Little Book For Big Changes is set to publish on 15th November 2018.
