T.M. Logan has been awarded the Silver Nielsen Bestseller Award in recognition of his thriller The Holiday (Zaffre) having now sold over 250,000 copies to date in the UK alone.

The Nielsen Bestseller Awards use data from Nielsen BookScan and Nielsen PubTrack Digital to identify and celebrate the UK’s bestselling books. Logan was honoured in their mid-year celebrations alongside Bernardine Evaristo and Captain Sir Tom Moore.

Clutching his prize, Logan commented: “It’s such an honour to receive this fantastic award. A big thank you to all of the readers who took this book to their heart and told their friends and families, and to all the booksellers who spread the word.”

The Holiday, which follows three families pushed to the brink in the blazing Provence heat, reached the sales milestone on the back of glowing reviews and inclusion in Richard and Judy’s coveted Summer Book Club.

Readers can soon look forward to seeing the Sunday Times bestseller on the screen, with a four-part television adaptation starring Jill Halfpenny announced by Channel 5.

Logan is also the author of Lies, 29 Seconds, The Catch and Trust Me. His next book, The Curfew will publish in March next year (2022).
