Lucy is a strategic communications director with over 15 years’ experience working across the cultural sector. She started her career at the literary agency PFD, before moving to the communications agency Flint Culture, where she directed campaigns for a broad spectrum of multi-disciplinary clients including the Museum of London, Northern Ballet, Artichoke and the Story Museum, and acted as a strategic communications consultant for clients such as Belfast City Council and the Indonesian Government’s Creative Economy Agency. 

Her most recent role was Head of Communications at the V&A, leading a team to deliver external communications for the museum’s ambitious programmes, new museum developments in East London as well as directing corporate and crisis communications strategies. 

At Bonnier Books UK, Lucy has strategic responsibility for the brand and communications across the organisation, shaping and actively promoting our reputation and brand across all external and internal communications.
