Our history

Inspired by a rich literary heritage, but never bound by convention.

Bonnier Books

We are the offspring of Bonnier Books.

With a heritage stretching way back to 1837, when Albert Bonniers Forlag published its very first work (“Proof that Napoleon never existed”), Bonnier Books has grown to include a vast network of publishing houses and book retailers across Europe. Originating from, and headquartered in, Stockholm; Bonnier Books can be found today in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Poland, Denmark and here in the UK.
