Last night, the Bonnier Books UK Adult Trade division presented its fiction highlights for 2026 in a special showcase at the company’s headquarters at the HYLO Building in Old Street, London. The event brought together an unmissable lineup of striking literary voices, thrilling genre writers and debut talent from across BBUK’s fiction imprints.

It was attended by a host of journalists, librarians, booksellers, bloggers and key trade professionals. Sarah Benton, co-CEO of Bonnier Books UK, introduced the team and imprints, as well as the panels for the evening.

The panels featured authors including: Susie Dent and Robert Peston in a discussion about writing fiction out of fact; Jo Spain and TM Logan in conversation about their propulsive psychological thrillers; Rachel Wood, Sophie Gravia and Elizabeth Wolf – all new to Bonnier Books UK – introducing their captivating upcoming novels; and the trio of Louise Nealon, Charleen Hurtubise, and Lauren Mooney taking to the stage to present their stunning literary novels.

The panels were moderated respectively by BBUK editors Kelly Smith (Zaffre), Ben Willis (Zaffre), Sophie Orme (Manilla Press) and Georgia Marshall (Zaffre).

Audience members also heard from authors Tessonja Odette, Rebecca Novack, Edie May Hand and Jiyoung Han, who each recorded videos for the event.

Sarah Benton, co-CEO at Bonnier Books UK said: ‘We are so proud of the stunning fiction list here at Bonnier Books UK, which spans a wide range and breadth of genres, from prize-winning literary novels to high-concept psychological thrillers to sparkling romcoms. It’s a huge privilege to be working with such fantastic authors, both new and established, and to have the opportunity to showcase and celebrate their work especially as we mark our ten-year anniversary.’
