Bonnier Books UK acquires new commercial women’s fiction series
Zaffre, the flagship fiction imprint of Bonnier Books UK, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of a new commercial women’s fiction series by author Cathy Lake.
Senior editor, Claire Johnson-Creek, acquired world English language rights including audio for two novels in the ‘Little Village Series’ from Amanda Preston at LBA Books.

The series will be set around a quintessential English country village. In October 2020, Zaffre will publish the first book in the series, The Little Village Christmas Show. They will follow with a second in the series, The Little Village Summer Fete, in May 2021.
Cathy Lake is a pseudonym for Rachel Griffiths, who has written under her own name and as Darcie Boleyn.
