Rachel is Group Brand & Communications Director at Bonnier Books UK, where she leads the publisher’s brand, publicity, partnerships, events, corporate communications, digital and audience development. Her work is focused on connecting the group and our publishing through strong, distinctive branding and cultural moments.
Rachel began her career in video games before moving into film and television at Universal Pictures and Sony Entertainment, working on major global IP including Despicable Me, Jurassic World and Breaking Bad. She later moved into the non-profit sector with Creative UK, where she helped lobby government for support for the creative industries during the pandemic, before transitioning into publishing at Penguin Random House and then joining Bonnier Books UK.
The common thread throughout her career is a deep love of storytelling – and a belief in its power to build brands and shape culture. An innovative thinker, Rachel enjoys turning big ideas into action and bringing stories to life in fresh, meaningful ways.
