Bonnier Books UK has today announced that Richard Charkin and Greg Evaristo are stepping back from the board as non-executive directors. Chair Jim Zetterlund said: ‘We want to thank our brilliant non-executive directors for their contributions over the last three years, as we weathered the challenges of being a rapidly growing business amidst a global pandemic. Bonnier Books UK has gone from strength to strength with their support and we look forward to continuing our relationship with Richard and Greg in different ways in the future.’

Richard Charkin said: ‘Working with Bonnier colleagues both in London and Stockholm has been a privilege. A strong executive team married to a powerful set of values sets Bonnier apart and has led to sustainable growth and a clear strategy. I look forward to continuing our relationship in other less formal ways.’
