Blink Publishing has signed Freddie Flintoff to publish Do You Know What? for this autumn. Matt Phillips, Publishing Director at Blink Publishing, signed world all language rights with David Luxton at David Luxton Associates on behalf of M&C Saatchi Merlin.
One of Britain’s most-loved national treasures, Freddie Flintoff, is known for his canny and hilarious opinions on everything from teammates (“Pietersen would turn up to the opening of an envelope”) to turning up at No.10 somewhat worse for wear.
In Do You Know What?, our favourite sportsman-turned-entertainer expels a deliciously eclectic and amusing smorgasbord of reflections, ruminations, rants and pearls of wisdom on all aspects of life’s rich tapestry. The result is an entertaining and thought-provoking brain dump on sport, life and everything in between, from deep in the wilds of Freddie’s sub-conscious.
From his mistakes, the curveballs, his blueprint to life, domestic bliss, his personal philosophy for a better world, crazy stunts, curiosities, travelling, TV, this is a book for every person who wants to understand the inner workings of a genius and hilarious brain.
Fred has a natural curiosity, wit and humanity and his new book will charm, surprise and amuse his legion of fans, old and new.

A star turn on Sky 1’s A League of Their Own, and winner of the Australian I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! in 2015, Freddie’s latest venture is the incredibly popular podcast Flintoff, Savage and the Ping Pong Guy, with Robbie Savage and Matthew Syed. It is enjoyed by 750,000 regular listeners on BBC Radio 5 Live, and has been downloaded 1.3m times since February.
